Last night while I got ready to retire in bed, I got an email carrying some really saddening news: Instagram came after Mass Planner and had it shut down just as it did Instagress!
As someone who still has 37 Instagram accounts running on Mass Planner, this news really hit me hard. There’s clearly no way I would be able to manually operate 37 accounts every single day and still have time to cater to my other businesses. If you check their website, this is what greets you:
I’m just one among many who’ve lost a big chunk of their revenue and while I understand the reasons behind Instagram having [...]

Guy Kawasaki, an American author, and marketing specialist, once said,
There are 2 kinds of people on social networks: those who want more followers and those who are lying.
Obviously, we all want to grow our following, and there are many different ways to do it: some choose to take the short road and buy Instagram followers while others would rather endure the long road to success. Whichever of the two groups you fit in, this entry is for you.
We’re not just going to talk about why you shouldn’t buy Instagram followers, but also cover the following topics:Do numbers matter on Instagram? Why [...]
You’re building your Instagram business, have followed and unfollowed users in their thousands. Subsequently, your numbers have grown into their thousands. But there’s a problem: as your account continues to grow, the engagement on your content just doesn’t seem to match the numbers.
It turns out you’re following a bunch of users who, despite the fact that they followed you back, they aren’t in the least interested in your content and therefore won’t like or comment on them.
What to do?
It only makes sense to unfollow these users to make room for others because as you probably know engagement is key to your success on [...]
This is an update to a previous entry about Instagram follow limits and how to moderate your activities in order to avoid getting your account into the ‘Instagram jail’ and even avoid the ‘ban hammer’. We are going to do a summary of what’s explained in that post and add what we’ve learnt since the last update.
Key areas we’re going to cover include:Follow/Unfollow Limits Instagram like limits Instagram comments limits How to ‘warm up’ new Instagram accounts.
Apart from the main themes, we’re also going to touch on [...]
PS: While this post contains some information you don’t want to miss, our latest update to Instagram Follow Limit has been posted here. Be sure to come back to this post after you’ve read the update.
Unlike twitter where it’s public knowledge that you can follow up to 1000 accounts per day, Instagram, for obvious reasons, does not publish the number of people you can follow in a day. I’ve read complaints by many about certain features being disabled after following or ‘unfollowing’ a large number of People within a short span of time, while others have had their accounts banned.
